  1. Draw 5 ml of blood from the patient and take into a clean glass tube.
  2. Place the tube in your arm pit to keep it warm.
  3. Turn it carefully upside-down every half minute.

If a bloot clot forms within 5 minutes there is no significant coagultion failure.
